BOSSES AND INTERVIEWS
I went in for an interview. With favor... yes favor, I got the job, but I didn't expect it. I was so nervous during the interview because I didn't want to risk not being selected so I thought my being nervous would get me the job. Of course it wouldn't.
On the job, I got to realize that my boss was just like any other person who has human feelings. Wants to gist, laugh, smile, hurts and so on.
Never get scared of interviewers, they have a specification of what they are looking for when there is a vacant position. Tailor all your effort; speeches, strengths, focus, resume in that respect. Show that you have all it takes to deliver. Please that's what they all look for. Someone who will deliver.
